Shipping
We deliver anywhere in the Philippines. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment and typically arrive within 7–20 business days. Every order ships with a tracking number, which we share as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse; you can also follow it on our tracking page.
Shipping is calculated for the exact pieces and quantities in your bag and shown before you pay. Some very large or heavy items cannot be shipped to the Philippines; if your bag contains one, we'll flag it at checkout.
Returns & refunds
If a piece arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 15 days of delivery through client services or at support@corjzen.com with your order reference and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
Because each order is fulfilled individually for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship — write to us as soon as possible.
Refunds are issued through PayMongo to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or e-wallet.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, email, mobile number and delivery address. We share it only with our fulfilment and delivery partners for that purpose, and with PayMongo to process your payment. We never see or store your card details. We do not sell your data.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by writing to support@corjzen.com, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Terms of sale
All prices are in Philippine pesos (₱). Product images are representative; minor variations in colour and finish may occur. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order if an item becomes unavailable or was listed at an obviously incorrect price.
